I’m Alison Papazois, a Reiki Master Teacher, energy healer and Naturotherapist with a background in mental health based in Montreal.
My journey here wasn’t a straight path.
Six years ago, I was far from the grounded and empowered healer I am today. On the surface, I appeared put together—but inside, I was overwhelmed with anxiety, unprocessed trauma, and self-doubt. At the time, I was living with my parents and working at a job I loved but couldn’t grow in.
I felt stuck.

In an attempt to escape what I had buried deep, I followed a boyfriend to Thailand. What was meant to be a two-month backpacking trip turned into something very different. Little did I know, that trip would become my ticket to healing and self-discovery - except not in the way that it typically happens...
My trip to Thailand went like this: I got sick, ended up in the hospital, and was dumped — I was heartbroken and alone in a foreign country. I had to cut my trip short and came back to a Montreal winter feeling utterly lost and defeated. My physical and mental health, relationships, and career all seemed to be falling apart. I had no job, was back home with my parents (who were going to kick me out if I didn’t get another job), and a mind and body in crisis.
And in that rock-bottom moment, something shifted. I began turning inward, listening to the
quiet whisper that I was being called to something greater. That’s when Reiki entered my life.

Reiki helped me find the root cause of my suffering and gave me the tools to begin healing it.
I started therapy, signed up for my first Reiki course, and committed to my healing
journey.
​
I couldn’t keep running from my past— and the only way to move
forward was to turn back and face it.
Through Reiki and deep emotional work, I began to heal from deep-rooted trauma, including
sexual assault, and slowly reconnected with my true self. I rediscovered my voice, my wild
feminine essence, my sensuality, and a soul-led path filled with purpose. Since then, I have
built a life I'm deeply proud of, full of love, sensuality, empowerment, and purpose. My mission
is to help you do the same. I found a supportive community, and most importantly—I found
myself. Reiki has held me in ways I never thought possible.
Today, my work is centered around helping others heal at the root, just as I did. I combine Reiki energy healing with holistic therapeutic approaches including motivational interviewing. As a certified Naturotherapist in Alternative and Complimentary Medicine with RITMA, I offer receipts for in-person services. My offerings are designed to support your journey of self-discovery and transformation. Whether you're seeking emotional healing, stress relief, energetic balance, or spiritual growth, I’m here to hold space for your process and walk that path with you.
I believe our pain has a purpose, and when we tend to our roots with care, we begin to flourish. My mission is to guide you to the wisdom within your wounds—to help you reclaim your power, reconnect with your body, and allow your soul to blossom.
