What does a Reiki session feel like?
Reiki can be deeply calming.
During a session, most people describe the experience as:
How it feels physically
-
warm, tingling, or soothing sensations
-
deep relaxation & peaceful stillness
-
A gentle warmth or wave of energy
How it feels emotionally
-
releasing stress & tension
-
a sense of inner peace & calm
-
a reconnection with intuition & clarity
My intention
My intention is to offer you a space where you feel:
safe, seen, supported, grounded, and gently reminded of your own inner wisdom. Reiki is not about fixing you — because you are not broken. It’s about reconnecting you with the parts of yourself that may have gone quiet.
What can Reiki support with?
Reiki is not a replacement for medical or mental health care, but it can complement your wellbeing journey beautifully. It may help with:
stress + burnout
emotional heaviness
anxiety
sleep issues
overthinking
feeling disconnected
energetic overwhelm
transitions or moments of change
creative and spiritual expansion
Reiki meets you exactly where you are and gently guides you toward where you’re meant to be.

What is Reiki?
Reiki is a gentle, Japanese energy healing practice that works with your body's natural energy to restore balance and support healing. During a session, light touch or hands placed just above the body are used to channel healing energy, releasing blockages and inviting a deep state of relaxation.
It is deeply calming for the nervous system — many clients describe feeling a sense of peace, warmth, or emotional release during and after a session.
